Returns Policy

In the event that the uniform needs to be returned the following processes apply:

 

Incorrect Size / Change of Mind

Should the size you order does not fit, simply return the item to our office via postage or in person (Podium Level, Tooronga Village, 766 Toorak Road, Glen Iris VIC 3146) along with the replacement size which you require. Providing the uniform is not worn or damaged a replacement will be sent to you at no additional charge.

 

Damaged / Incorrect Item Sent

In this scenario, please email tcuniforms@theircare.com.au with the item which needs to be replaced along with a photo of the item identifying the issue/size. Our team will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional charge.

 

* If the uniform is not returned to the office, the replacement will be charged as a new order.

* The item/s will need to be shipped back to our Head office with postage covered by the Educator's expense.
